As destructive as it is alluring, pornography is a great wound in the heart of our culture. All too often, the bonds of love that hold marriages and families together erode and crumble due to the de-personalizing nature of pornography. A person is seen as merely an object or a commodity to be used and discarded. Those caught in the grip of pornography often feel imprisoned in behaviors they hate. This page offers information, help, and encouragement to break free from pornography use.

Resources

Two printed resources are available to be distributed in your parish. Filter Review: a website that describes and rates different internet filters.

Covenant Eyes: Covenant Eyes provides internet accountability and filtering services. Covenant Eyes internet accountability is unique in that monitors all the sites you visit and sends a report to the person you choose. Each site receives a score for “mature” content. Available for Windows, Apple’s iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.), and Android devices.
