Our keynote speaker, Nic Davidson, will be highlighting the day. He is crazy and totally in love with Jesus Christ and he will share his many reasons and examples of being strong and courageous in his faith! He has been trained by the best, Fr. Mike Schmitz, both leading speakers from the Steubenville summer programs.
Nic will be talking with everyone about how the popular study, created by St. John Paul II, Theology of the Body, can be easily incorporated into every one’s life. Nic is funny, knowledgeable and will keep you captivated easily for an hour. He will also have a workshop with all the Middle School guys and another workshop with all the High School guys.
Our Middle School girls will have a workshop with our Director of Evangelization, Ashley Grunhold and our High School girls will have a workshop with Ashley. She also has a great wit about her and she is quite interesting to listen to and she will answer as many questions she can in each workshop session!
On hand to speak to adults, Middle School and High School students about the music they listen to, will be nationally known Anna Scally who hails from Santa Rosa, CA. She will be giving the workshops “Music – The Voice of my Heart” to all students and the workshop “Music does not cause teen problems – Are you listening” will be given to any adults that want to know more about what their children are listening to for music!
There will be several other workshops in the afternoon for Middle School and High School students. Adults may join in as well!
We will have Reconciliation during lunch, Adoration all day, a Eucharistic Procession (weather permitting), Mass, supper, 3-on-3 basketball and a dance. The 3-on-3 basketball and the dance will be at the Armory in Grafton.
